An individualized approach

Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you and your child or family.

Your personalized program will be geared to radically improve your health and happiness or the health and capacity of your child. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

If you are consulting with me in regard to your child with special needs, your six month program would include a program individualized for the improved well-being of your child including nutritional therapies geared toward maximizing nutrient density in the diet, strategies for detoxification, bolstering the immune system, overcoming dysbiosis, restrictive eating habits, eliminating allergens and food sensitivities in the diet and environment, overcoming nutritional deficits, and more. Six months is usually the time required to really change habits and lifestyle and see significant progress, but you can sign up for a consultation to discuss the program that is right for you. I am happy to see clients on a session-by-session basis as well.
